T-Star center’s annual performance evaluations have consistently received positive reviews from both internal and external audits conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the National Science Council (NSTC). With increasing funding each year, the support has enabled T-star Center to continuously upgrade and expand its research facilities, ensuring its competitive edge in the international research arena.

Today, T-star Center proudly welcomes the arrival of the latest PEALD. The introduction of this new equipment not only significantly enhances experimental efficiency and accuracy but also advances various sub-projects. The main functions of PEALD include the development of atomic-level epitaxial process technology and a multi-functional experimental platform. It meets center’s research needs in two-dimensional materials and ferroelectric devices. This technological upgrade will provide a more solid technical foundation for T-star Center’s research team, facilitating the production of more original research outcomes.
